Lead Our Engineering, Architect Scalable Solutions

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the architecture and development of high-performance web applications. You will work on complex problems, lead junior developers, and drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) or Python frameworks.
• Full Lifecycle Development: Manage the complete software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Code Quality & Mentorship: Enforce best practices, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Optimization: Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Technical Requirements

• Experience: 3-6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Frontend: Expertise in React.js, Next.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS.
• Backend: Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, or Python (Django/FastAPI).
• Database: Strong knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• DevOps: Familiarity with AWS/Azure, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
